Arsenal striker Gabriel Jesus gives an interview.

Gabriel Jesus in? Arsenal team news and predicted XI vs Fulham

Arsenal play host to Fulham on Saturday looking to make it three wins from three at the start of the Premier League season.

The Gunners opened their campaign with a 2-1 win against Nottingham Forest and then backed up that success with a 1-0 victory at Crystal Palace on Monday night.

Another win this weekend against Fulham will send Mikel Arteta’s side into next Sunday’s heavyweight clash against Manchester United with a maximum nine points from nine to begin their new season.

Here is the latest Arsenal team news ahead of the game against Fulham.

Arsenal team news

Arteta has confirmed Gabriel Jesus is ready to feature for the first time this season following knee surgery.

The Brazilian was forced to sit out the games against Forest and Palace, but has played a full part in training this week.

“He’s looking really sharp,” Arteta said. “He’s ready to go. It’s very good news.”

Arsenal will be without Takehiro Tomiyasu, however, as the defender is suspended due to the red card he picked up during the second half at Selhurst Park on Monday night.

Neither Folarin Balogun or Kieran Tierney will be involved as they close in on moves away from the club, but Oleksandr Zinchenko is now fully fit and pushing for a first start of the season.

Arteta also has to decide whether to bring Gabriel Magalhaes into his starting XI, with the Brazilian centre-back having had to settle for a spot on the bench during the opening two games of the season.
