David Raya celebrates Arsenal's Champions League victory against Porto.

Raya the hero! Porto reaction + Arteta’s delight, Conceicao’s fury and Arsenal player ratings

What a night! Arsenal are through the Champions League quarter-finals for the first time in 14 years thanks to their dramatic penalty shootout success against Porto at the Emirates.

Trailing 1-0 after the first leg in Portugal, Mikel Arteta’s side knew they needed a win on Tuesday night to book their spot in the final eight of Europe’s elite club competition.

And they got the win they needed, although they needed a penalty shootout to do it, with Leandro Trossard’s first half goal sealing a 1-0 success on the night, which saw the tie locked at 1-1 on aggregate at the end of extra-time.

David Raya was then the hero for Arsenal, saving two spot kicks as the hosts claimed a 4-2 victory in the decisive shootout.

In today’s episode of Inside Arsenal I reflect on what was a dramatic night in north London and discuss all the big talking points from the game, David Raya’s heroics and the accusation levelled at Arteta by Porto boss Sergio Conceicao after the game.

I also give my Arsenal player ratings.
